First of all, I wish everyone a belated Happy New Year and offer my sincere apologies for the lack of content since the beginning of 2023.
My first post this year is a piece of good news; something that is long overdue and makes for an auspicious start to a new year.
The story behind this news began in September last year when POTUS Joe Biden declared that the pandemic was over, as reported in an NPR article entitled How Biden's declaring the pandemic 'over' complicates efforts to fight COVID.
The article claims that he had stated there was still a ‘problem with COVID’, but it was no longer a pandemic. The perceived problem with his statement, according to the article, is that it ‘could cause political difficulties’,
“The White House is currently fighting an uphill battle in Congress to secure $22.4 billion in emergency COVID-19 funding to support vaccinations, testing and further research.”
The situation is more than just a matter of politics. It is also a financial matter as it is clearly necessary to generate funding for the pharmaceutical industry. This means that the narrative must be maintained and the people kept in a state of fear so that they will accept the continual rollout of ‘Covid’ booster shots. The pharmaceutical industry is not in any danger financially though - as will be seen later in this article.
The situation is spelled out in the NPR article that cites the following comment by an epidemiologist,
“When you have the president of the US saying the pandemic is over, why would people line up for their boosters?”
This is a good point, although sadly I think it all too likely that some people will nevertheless continue to take those boosters.
The concern about the potential loss of public confidence in the ‘shots’ is also discussed in another September article entitled Biden declares the COVID-19 pandemic over as experts keep wary eye on potential fall surge. This article quotes an infection consultant who states,
“My concern is that people will say it’s just like the flu and stop getting vaccinated in which case numbers will start going up again.”
The problem is though that there is no evidence to support such a statement.
The ‘numbers’ she refers to are meaningless positive ‘test’ results, whether PCR or antigen tests, that have never been proven to demonstrate the existence of or be directly related to any health problem. But even more importantly, there is no evidence that any vaccine ‘protects’ against any so-called ‘infectious disease’. On the contrary, as has been clearly shown since the rollout of the ‘shots’ that began in the UK in December 2020, there is an abundance of evidence that they cause harm and even death.
It is crystal clear that the main concern is to enforce a belief in vaccines and ensure the widest vaccine coverage; this is a core message of SDG3.8 of the 2030 Agenda, the aim of which is,
“Achieve universal health coverage, including financial risk protection, access to quality essential health-care services and access to safe, effective, quality and affordable essential medicines and vaccines for all.”
I would like to emphasise here that the existence of a ‘plan’ or ‘agenda’ does not automatically mean that the plan or agenda will be implemented.
Fast forward to 14 January 2023 and an article in The Lancet entitled The COVID-19 pandemic in 2023: far from over that refers to Biden’s September announcement and claims that,
“…there is a new, dangerous phase that requires urgent attention.”
The article refers to the alleged situation in China citing various factors claimed to be still at play, especially the so-called ‘omicron subvariant’ labelled XBB.1.5, which was amusingly re-named Kraken. There is of course no ‘variant’ because there is no ‘virus’ that can mutate into a variant. The article ends with the dire warning that,
“The pandemic is far from over.”
Nevertheless, a mere 16 days later, the pandemic was effectively declared to be over by the US, when the Biden administration stated that the Covid emergencies are to be terminated on May 11th. This was reported by many media sources, including a CNBC article entitled Biden administration plans to end Covid public health emergency in May, which begins with the statement that,
“The Biden administration plans to end the Covid public health emergency this spring, as the U.S. shifts away from responding to the pandemic as a national crisis and instead manages the virus more like a seasonal respiratory disease.”
This is clearly good news, especially for anyone who wishes to travel to the US but has not been able to do so because of the imposition of the requirement to be fully vaccinated before entering the country.
There is, however, a very interesting comment in the CNBC article that needs to be highlighted,
“The White House is also planning to transition the Covid vaccines to the private market in the near future, though the exact timing is unclear. This means the cost of the vaccines would be covered by patients’ insurance policies rather than the federal government.”
As stated earlier, the pharmaceutical industry will not be adversely affected by the ending of the alleged ‘pandemic’. In fact, it would appear that they will benefit significantly from this transition of vaccines to the private market, as the article indicates,
“Moderna and Pfizer have both said they may charge as much as $130 per dose of vaccine, quadruple what the federal government pays.”
It must also be emphasised that the ending of these emergency measures is not to be equated with ‘Covid’ being perceived as irrelevant. On the contrary, it is clear that the narrative that ‘SARS-CoV-2’ remains a threat is to be maintained, as the article states,
“Covid has killed more than 1 million people in the US since 2020. Deaths have dropped dramatically since the pandemic peak during winter 2021, but nearly 4,000 people are still succumbing to the virus every week.”
Although it certainly is good news that the US is to end the emergency measures, we cannot become complacent and think that this is all over.
Far from it! There is still plenty of ‘not good’ news being reported.
We clearly need to remain vigilant and be alert to the next step in the plan. Because, until the vast majority of people understand that there are no ‘infectious diseases’, we still have work to do.
It is never my intention to add to the fear-mongering. Instead, I only try to provide useful information to inform people so that they can make truly informed decisions rather than fear-based ones.
On that note, it is important to be aware of the kinds of ‘plans’ that could be rolled out next. After all, to be forewarned is to be forearmed!!
Many people are now aware of Event 201, a ‘tabletop exercise’ that amazingly just ‘happened’ to occur in real life just a few short weeks afterwards.
With this in mind, I would like to remind people of the SPARS pandemic scenario that took place in October 2017 and was conducted by the same ‘actors’ who participated in Event 201. The web page about this ‘exercise’, which can be found on the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security website, states,
“The scenario is hypothetical; the infectious pathogen, medical countermeasures, characters, news media excerpts, social media posts, and government agency responses are entirely fictional.”
Remember that the Event 201 exercise was also said to have been based on a hypothetical scenario!
The SPARS document includes this statement,
“This scenario was designed to illustrate the public health risk communication challenges associated with distribution of emergency medical countermeasures during an infectious disease pandemic.”
The reason for mentioning SPARS, even though the exercise was completed in 2017, is because the document, which is also available from the Johns Hopkins website, refers to it occurring between 2025 and 2028. This does not mean that they WILL rollout ‘SPARS’ or something similar in 2025, but it cannot be ruled out.
I would also like to draw attention to a 2010 document entitled Scenarios for the Future of Technology and International Development which was created by the Rockefeller Foundation. The document begins with these words,
“The Rockefeller Foundation supports work that expands opportunity and strengthens resilience to social, economic, health, and environmental challenges…..”
It continues with the statement that,
“One important - and novel - component of our strategy toolkit is scenario planning…”
If anyone wonders why I keep referring to the lack of evidence for the existence of a pathogenic virus - or a pathogenic bacterium, a pathogenic fungus or even a pathogenic parasite - it is because the unproven ‘germ theory’ will continue to be a mainstay of the ‘narrative’ whilst people continue to believe in it. When people stop believing the ‘infectious disease’ narrative, these scenarios will fail to exert any impact on our lives!

You are right to keep warning us that the exploitation of the fake pandemic is likely still in play. Why would pharma give up the goose that laid the golden egg? I will not be surprised if AIDS is not reprised.
Somehow we must stop the use of PCR technology as a diagnostic test of anything, let alone of SARS2. Although I am not a betting person, I might bet on the notion that the next pandemic will rely on PCR testing to prove its reach. Might we head that off at the pass?
There must be things the public can be taught that will make them suspicious of new pandemic claims. You might well think the public is not going to buy the “there is no such thing as a virus” story. We cannot kill allopathic medicine overnight, although what a fantasy that evokes! But might the public accept the idea that a virus cannot be created in a lab? Certainly we can invoke the spirit of Frankenstein. There must be other analogies we can employ.
I am so grateful for all your hard work Dawn. Learning about the work you and David did has helped me very much. I was unwell 3 years ago worrying about "catching" a virus! Fast forward to now and I no longer suffer from anxiety. Thank you
