One labeling device is the physician's or psychiatrist's diagnosis. The language victimizes the person that has a story not a disease or condition, that is permanent, pervasive, and/or personal. When the truth is the story, circumstances, are temporary, specific, and situational.

Yes! Symptom is is one disease. Symptom B is another. A&B another. Silly!

“Symptoms” are a language. Our bodies trying to communicate. We only take notice when things are not as good as usual or below our baseline.

Why don’t we have words to describe when things are above our baseline? When things are going better than usual?

Any living organism exhibits “symptoms” when things fall out of balance, or it’s the time of year this or that clearing/ detox happens. The word symptom implies bad. Why bad? Why not “it just is”.

Keep up the good work Dawn! We need you and your voice, your work. God bless!
