The mainstream media constantly promotes fear-based narratives about a whole range of topics, especially related to health - or, to be more precise, to ‘disease’.
There is plenty of evidence to show that our health is adversely affected when we are kept in a state of fear, which prevents us from thinking clearly and taking appropriate action.
This fear-mongering is intentional - so we need to know how not to fall into the state of fear when it isn’t necessary!
The purpose of my ‘Writings’ is to help dispel unnecessary fear so that we can think critically and make informed decisions about our lives.
I have decided to cover a number of similar stories in this article to highlight the two key commonalities they share, which are:
They are all based on unproven theories or, to be more precise, hypotheses about ‘disease’, and
They are all designed to instill fear.
These are the headlines of the 5 articles I’ve chosen to discuss;
Victoria records three new locally acquired cases of mpox disease as health authorities urge residents to become fully vaccinated.
Five newborn babies die in spiralling whooping cough outbreak: Cases of '100 day cough' in 2024 are already three times higher than whole of last year, as post-Covid vaccine scepticism is blamed.
Reports of deadly virus suddenly stop as Antarctica goes dark.
Farm worker 'bleeding in eyeballs' after catching bird flu in first case of transmission.
Cows have human flu receptors, study shows, raising stakes on bird flu outbreak in dairy cattle.
Because of their similarities, I’m not going to discuss the stories in any depth, except to show one or two specific points they each raise.
Victoria records three new locally acquired cases of mpox disease as health authorities urge residents to become fully vaccinated.
Mpox was originally referred to as ‘monkeypox’ during 2022 when it was first promoted in the mainstream media. It seemed to many of us that the name change occurred due to the ridicule the story received. It was originally claimed that mpox predominantly affects ‘men who have sex with men’ - although no explanation has been offered for this claim.
I would add that, even if they were living entities that could make such choices - which they are not - there is no evidence that ‘viruses’ could have the ability to show a preference for any type of sexual orientation. This of course has serious implications for the ‘virus’ called HIV, which I will cover in a separate article.
However, this idea no longer seems to be the case, because, according to the April 2023 WHO Mpox (monkeypox) fact sheet,
“Anyone can get mpox.”
The key points to note in this article are the recommendations for people to be tested and the comment that vaccination is ‘widely available’.
Does this sound familiar?
Five newborn babies die in spiralling whooping cough outbreak: Cases of '100 day cough' in 2024 are already three times higher than whole of last year, as post-Covid vaccine scepticism is blamed.
The key message in this article seems to be to raise the issue of ‘vaccine hesitancy’, citing baby deaths as emotional blackmail for parents who remain unsure about whether or not to allow their babies to be vaccinated. It is also intended, or so it seems to me, to shame parents who have made the decision not to allow their babies to be poisoned, I mean vaccinated.
Strangely, this alleged ‘epidemic’ of pertussis (whooping cough) is claimed to be the result of ‘Covid lockdowns’. This claim makes no sense, because during lockdowns most people were avoiding contact with others, so there should have been a much lower risk of ‘transmission’ of any so-called disease, according to their model of course.
Again, inconsistencies and contradictions abound!
But the article is not intended to be a promotion of logic or even science; its sole purpose seems to be to sow seeds of fear with respect to ‘reduced rates of vaccine uptake’ and to encourage people to feel guilty for refusing to vaccinate their babies.
It is nevertheless encouraging that the article refers to adverse events following the Covid jabs as being a factor that has undermined confidence in all vaccines. This is the silver lining in that ominously dark cloud of harm caused by the jabs.
The next 3 stories all relate to the latest ‘scare story’.
Reports of deadly virus suddenly stop as Antarctica goes dark.
The key point in this story is the reference to a ‘deadly virus’ that is claimed to cause ‘highly pathogenic bird flu’. The article states that ‘infections’ were detected by virologists when testing samples. It then asserts that,
“…the virus is unlikely to spread very far over the winter.”
The article continues by proclaiming that when the birds return after the winter,
“…it is likely that the virus will return.”
The obvious first point for me to emphasise is that there is no evidence that any ‘virus’ causes any ‘disease’.
However, leaving this point aside for the moment, what is conspicuous by its absence in the article is an explanation for why the ‘virus’ suddenly appeared as if out of nowhere, why it is so deadly, and why they are so sure it will ‘return’. Also, if it is so dangerous, where are all the dead birds? How did any of them manage to migrate and escape to warmer climes?
It should be noted that the scientists also leave Antarctica over the winter as it is too cold for them to work, so they cannot observe what actually happens during the winter!
The reason for this fear-mongering narrative is made obvious by another article that is linked on the same web page. This second article bears the headline Are KFC, eggs and dairy safe from the spread of bird flu in Australia?
As many astute people have noticed, there is an increasing threat to our food and this threat is solely based on the false ‘germ theory’ narrative.
The next article has more to say on this topic.
Farm worker 'bleeding in eyeballs' after catching bird flu in first case of transmission.
This story involves a Texan dairy farmer who is claimed to be,
“…the first case to catch bird flu from a mammal…”
A significant point in this article is the statement that,
“Experts at the CDC say that they think he caught the virus from an infected cow in March…”
Experts merely ‘think’? So much for ‘scientific facts’!
If they want people to believe their stories, they really need to provide some evidence; scientists’ thoughts are, or should be, woefully inadequate as something on which to base policies that have the potential to affect millions of people.
This highly dubious claim about ‘bird flu’ affecting cattle is nevertheless referred to as a ‘revelation’ that ‘shows’ the H5N1 virus is able to spread from mammals to humans.
And just to demonstrate how shoddy the journalism was for this article, the virus is referred to as ‘HSN1’ - instead of H5N1. A mere typo perhaps? True, but an inexcusable error nonetheless.
Cows have human flu receptors, study shows, raising stakes on bird flu outbreak in dairy cattle.
This final story is probably the most important, because it makes serious claims that sound ‘scientific’, but, with some real research, can be shown to be unfounded.
According to the article, Dr Barb Petersen, who is a vet, ran some tests on cows that were experiencing a form of mastitis that is ‘unexplained by the usual suspects’, such as bacteria for example, although the idea that bacteria cause disease is also an unproven claim.
Dr Petersen decided to run tests on samples from the sick and dead animals. These tests are said to have led to the alleged discovery of ‘loads of the H5N1 virus’, which is claimed to have,
“…rocked the dairy industry and put public health officials around the world on alert.”
The point to make here is that this so-called ‘virus’ is believed to only cause flu in birds.
Researchers who wanted to understand this phenomenon have reported their findings in a study article, which is currently only available as a preprint at this stage, that claims to demonstrate,
“…cows have the same receptors for flu viruses as humans and birds.”
This is then followed by the alarmist comment that,
“Scientists fear that cows could be mixing bowls – hosts that help the virus learn to better spread between people. Such an event, while rare, experts say, could put us on the path to another pandemic.”
Yet again, note the provisional language in the phrase ‘scientists fear that cows could be…’.
And also note the idea that ‘viruses’ can learn. This is nonsense. The particles called ‘viruses’ are not alive; they are not motile, which means they cannot move; and they have never been proven to possess the ability to ‘do’ anything.
Furthermore, are we supposed to accept scientists’ fears as ‘scientific evidence’? Surely not. Because fears are not ‘science’, nor are they evidence.

For some real science, I’d like to introduce you to Dr. Harold Hillman - if you aren’t already familiar with him and his work.
In his 2011 paper entitled Cell Biology at the Beginning of the 21st Century is in Dire Straits, Dr Hillman details the preparations required for a number of laboratory procedures and states, under the heading Microscopy that,
“When a tissue is prepared for histology, histochemistry, electron microscopy, or immunocytochemistry, an animal is killed; the tissue is excised; it is fixed or frozen; it is embedded; it is sectioned; it is rehydrated; it is stained; it is mounted; it is radiated by light, or bombarded by electron beams. Living tissue could not survive the dehydration, low pressure, x-irradiation and electron bombardment, which occur in the electron microscope. So, heavy metal salts of osmium, tungsten, manganese, uranium or lead, are deposited on fixed tissue, and these deposits are examined.”
It cannot be sufficiently emphasised that these conditions are not taken into account by researchers when they discuss the ‘results’ of their experiments and make statements about their discoveries, such as their claims about the role of ‘flu virus receptors’. These claims are wholly dependent on the existence of receptors having been proven. But is this the case? Have ‘receptors’ been definitively proven to exist?
Dr. Hillman discusses this problem in his 2013 paper, A Serious Indictment of Modern Cell Biology and Neurobiology, and comments that,
“Biologists have shown little interest in the effects that the procedures they use have on the structure and chemistry of the tissues they are studying.”
He further writes that,
“The idea that the cell membrane contains receptors for: transmitters, drugs, antigens, toxins, hormones, etc., is an unnecessary one, because any of these substances could react with any chemical species, protein, enzyme, cycle, or pathway, within or without the cells. Although it is widely believed that these receptors are largely located in the cell membranes, there is little sound evidence for this view.”
I therefore refute the claim in the article that ‘cows have human flu receptors’.
I would emphasise that this refutation is not only based on the existence of ‘little sound evidence’ for the idea, as Dr Hillman states, but also on the complete lack of evidence for the claim that ‘flu’ is caused by a ‘virus’ in the first place.
So where does this all lead us?
As I suggest in the title, it’s time for some common sense to prevail.
All of these stories - and they are just stories - are based on an underlying idea that ‘germs’, mainly viruses, cause us to be ill and these illnesses can be transmitted between humans and between animals and humans.
At the risk of repeating myself, there is no evidence for this idea and there never has been. If this idea is unfamiliar to you, I recommend reading my many previous Substack articles on the topic.
The main point is that all of these stories, and any others based on the same unproven hypothesis, can be dismissed as unsubstantiated and pure fear-mongering.
It is just as important in 2024 as it was in 2020, if not even more so, to expose the ‘germ theory’ for the lie that it is, so that we can all get on with living our lives and deal with the real challenges we face in these changing times in which we find ourselves.

If viruses aren't intelligent then why was Covid so courteous as to not invade people while they were sitting down in restaurants?
Kidding...but thank you.
Virology is a psedoscience that was invented to explain illness due to unknown causes. Virology is unscientific, illogical and is mainly used as a means for Big Pharma to make costly, toxic and useless products.
