In this case, telling people they have a good chance of getting the fake-virus 'HIV' (which was a horrifying boogeyman when I was growing up even as a child) causes emotional and mental trauma and worry, and makes it more likely they will get fraudulent 'HIV' 'tests' to ease their minds. Except they very well might get a fake 'positive' result which feeds them into the meat grinder of AZT or Truvada or whatever horrific chemo poisons their medical poisoner will prescribe them.
So it perpetuates fear of the fake viruses (and also worship of 'life-saving vaccines'), but it also perpetuates fear of 'AIDS' and cancer and those horrible deadly corners of the murderous medical complex. It's quite possible those people who died from the 'deadly viruses in the blood' actually died from the horrible chemo poisons given to people 'diagnosed' with 'HIV' or 'Hepatitis C virus.'
Personally I think you have a lot more to be worried about getting the blood of someone who was 'covid'-vaxxed!
With all the diseases and viruses are other pathogens the medical clowns claim are running wild, why am I still alive? I haven't taken any big pharma drugs for more than a month or two or had any vaccines in over 50 years and seldom visit a doctor. I don't believe anything that the modern stone age medical mafia says. I am my own doctor until an emergency comes along that I can't handle.
My husband was diagnosed with Hep C about 35 years ago. It was said to be inactive. I was never affected and to be honest unconcerned about being affected. After about 25 years the VA decided to treat all their Hep C patients. I fought it, believing there was no need to do anything. He wasn’t ill and I saw no evidence of disease, other than arthritis and a less than stellar diet. But eventually he agreed just to get them off his back. That’s when his health issues started. His liver started throwing sugar and cholesterol and he needed a stent. Then a bypass. Then they said he needed another stent or bypass, but he died before they could do it. I think they must have bought a bunch of the meds and needed to use them and forced everyone into treatment.
I quit relying on doctors when my kids were little, and no longer believe anything medicos say, but my husband believed that they knew some secret that would relieve his pain and went along with all their nonsense thinking they would eventually give him a magic pill. Poor man
So sorry for what happened to your husband. These, to me, are real crimes by the VA and the medical system and should be prosecuted. Anyone else would be.
I live in the middle of gaytown and most guys I know are “HIV positive”. You would not believe the way everyone from govt to orgs to nonprofits kowtow to these people; all the free stuff; all the help in whatever from shopping to cleaning their house to finding them really nice homes to jobs to medical/dental services…..etc. They’re treated like visiting royalty whilst pensioners in the same community get sweet fuckall from the same orgs.
Most are on a variety of meds, some that have nothing to do with HIV. The ones I know take cocktails for psychoses of different labels. They are the physically healthier ones. Others are on their last legs and require daily help just to live - these are the more longterm/older ones who were fed the toxic potions of yore.
And all of them are in psych counselling where the victimhood is brought out and the “embarassment of riches” services are given.

Chap. 33 "Black River" pages 310-322 are about "AIDS" and plasma/donation from Haiti and other poor places.

Report deaths from the treatment as further evidence of the deadlines of the original disease organism, the enormity of the challenge facing the valiant drug corporations in their pursuit of a cure, and the need for public vigilance against infection.
