How can we protect ourselves?

There is plenty of evidence that our bodies are electrical in nature.

But in addition to what we think of as our ‘physical bodies’, we also have a magnetic field around our bodies in the shape of a torus field.

The healthier we are, the stronger our electromagnetic systems and the better able we are to resist the adverse effects of all the EMF/EMR to which we are exposed. And part of our ability to be ‘healthy’ involves strengthening our own electromagnetic system.
